Ann knows that everyone benefits when employment laws are fair and workers are protected. She's a champion of unions and will continue to support policies that protect and expand the right to organize.

• $15.00 minimum wage for all workers, including the disabled and those who care for people with disabilities.
   

• paid family leave and affordable child care.

• collective bargaining for all public employees for fair wages and working conditions and the right to strike for most.

• nurses advocating for working conditions that keep both patients and nurses safe.

• prevailing wage laws on state contracts.
