Transportation

Whether her constituents drive to work or take mass transit, Ann wants to make sure their commute is efficient, affordable and safe. She's also protected our community from a possible environmental disaster by preventing oil freight trains from traveling through New Hope, Crystal, and Robbinsdale.

Ann supports:

• the Blue Line Extension, so her constituents can more easily access the Light Rail Transit system.

• creating congestion pricing HOV lanes on major metro highways. (She actually authored MN Pass law.)

• expanding rapid bus service on Highway 55.
   

• creation and maintenance of noise walls on Highway 169.
   

• a sales tax on auto repairs dedicated to transportation.
